Warranty Policy

Manufacturer warranty

Every product we sell carries the warranty its manufacturer provides. The length and terms are set by the manufacturer, not by Mowzyy, and are stated in the documentation supplied with the item. Typical cover runs from two to five years on outdoor structures and one to five years on power equipment; some manufacturers offer longer cover on specific parts such as a deck shell or a frame.

Registering your warranty

Some manufacturers require you to register the product within a set period, often 30 to 60 days from purchase, for the full warranty term to apply. Check the paperwork in the box. If you cannot find it, email us and we will tell you what the manufacturer requires.

Making a warranty claim

Manufacturer warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer, who will arrange inspection, parts or replacement. Email volubulus@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the fault and we will tell you who to contact and send you proof of purchase.

What a warranty does not cover

Warranties cover manufacturing defects. They do not normally cover wear parts (blades, belts, filters, spark plugs), damage from misuse, incorrect assembly, lack of maintenance, or weather damage to a structure that was not anchored as the instructions require.

Our part

Our own 30-day returns window runs alongside the manufacturer warranty and does not replace it. If a product fails inside the first 30 days, contact us first — it is usually quicker to resolve as a return.
