These terms apply to every order placed with Mowzyy through mowzyy.store. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it and confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to the address you gave.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have accepted your order.

Product information

Specifications, dimensions and images are supplied by the manufacturer. Manufacturers change specifications without notice, and screen colours vary. If a specification matters to your purchase, ask us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Delivery

See the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Assembly and use

Many products require assembly and must be assembled and anchored as the manufacturer's instructions specify. Damage caused by incorrect assembly, inadequate anchoring or use outside the manufacturer's instructions is not covered by warranty. Check local zoning rules and any HOA restrictions before buying a shed, gazebo, pergola or pool — approval is your responsibility.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state. Where a state law gives you a right that this policy does not, that law applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
