Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Mowzyy ships within the United States only. We cannot currently deliver to addresses outside the US, and we do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses.

Cost

Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no minimum order value and no oversize surcharge.

Processing time

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday. Most orders leave the warehouse within one to two business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Parcel-carrier items typically arrive three to seven business days after dispatch.

Freight items — sheds, gazebos, pergolas, swing sets, riding mowers, zero-turn mowers and pool sets — typically arrive one to three weeks after dispatch. Freight takes longer because the carrier has to contact you and book a delivery appointment.

Freight deliveries

The carrier will telephone you to arrange a delivery window, so please make sure the phone number on your order is one you answer. An adult aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Freight is delivered kerbside: the driver is not required to carry the item into a garage, a yard or a building.

Checking your delivery

Inspect the shipment before you sign. If the packaging is damaged, or the number of cartons does not match the delivery receipt, write the problem on the receipt, photograph it and email volubulus@outlook.com the same day. A clean signature makes a later damage claim considerably harder.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Freight tracking updates less often than parcel tracking; a gap of a few days between scans is normal and does not mean the shipment is lost.

Undeliverable and refused shipments

If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody was available for the booked appointment, or the address was wrong, the carrier's return and redelivery charges are deducted from any refund.
