30 days money back guarantee. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition

Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging with all parts, hardware and manuals included. We cannot accept an assembled shed, gazebo, pergola or swing set, or a mower that has had fuel or oil added to it, because neither can be resold.

How to start a return

Email volubulus@outlook.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with a return authorisation and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before you have the authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be tracked to your order and may not be refunded.

Return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping. If you have simply changed your mind, the return shipping is yours to pay. Freight-return costs on large items are substantial — often $200 or more — so we will always quote you before you commit.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and has been inspected we issue the refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank may take a further three to five business days to show it.

Damaged on arrival

Note the damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it and email us the same day. Damage reported after a clean signature is much harder to claim for, but we will still do what we can.

Non-returnable items

Refrigerant cylinders cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for safety and regulatory reasons. Assembled structures and used power equipment cannot be returned. Manufacturer defects on these items are handled under warranty.

These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state. Where a state law gives you a right that this policy does not, that law applies.
