What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and billing address, together with the details of what you bought. Payment card details are collected and processed by the payment provider — we do not receive or store your full card number.

When you browse the site we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site. If you subscribe to the newsletter we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, to arrange delivery (which means giving the carrier your name, address and phone number), to handle returns and warranty claims, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Payment processors, shipping and freight carriers, and the software providers that run this store. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email volubulus@outlook.com.
