Accepted payment methods

Payment is taken securely at checkout. The methods available to you are shown on the checkout page and depend on what is enabled for this store — typically major credit and debit cards and the express wallets your browser supports.

When you are charged

Payment is authorised when you place the order and captured when the order is accepted. If we cannot fulfil an order, the authorisation is released or the payment refunded in full.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

Taxes

Prices shown on the site exclude sales tax. Any sales tax due is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you confirm the order.

Card security

Mowzyy does not see or store your full card number. Card details are handled by the payment processor over an encrypted connection.

Declined payments

If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and no goods are reserved. The most common causes are an address that does not match the card billing address and a bank fraud hold on a large transaction. Contact your bank first; if that does not resolve it, email volubulus@outlook.com.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not charge you the difference without asking.
