Order Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel any order free of charge as long as it has not yet shipped. Email volubulus@outlook.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders are usually picked within one to two business days, so the sooner you write the more likely we can stop it.

Cancelling after dispatch

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled; it becomes a return. See the Return & Refund Policy. If you refuse a delivery instead of arranging a return, the carrier's return charges are deducted from your refund.

Freight orders

Freight shipments are booked with the carrier before they leave. If you cancel after a delivery appointment has been made but before the item is loaded, there is no charge. If the item is already in transit, the carrier's return charge applies.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. You will be told why and refunded in full.

Refund timing

Cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank may take a further three to five business days to show the credit.
